We are seeking a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in polymer Engineering to join our production team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in polymer processing, injection molding, and extrusion techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Injection Molding & Sheet Extrusion Process: Assist in monitoring, optimizing, and managing injection molding and sheet extrusion operations to ensure high-quality production and process efficiency in compliance with quality and manufacturing standards.
- Dies & Mold Maintenance & Development: Assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and development of new molds & dies to enhance production efficiency.
- Work closely with the production & quality team to ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing protocols.
- Contribute to process improvements, material selection and production optimization.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.
