We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with US-based businesses over the phone and offer them digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to US-based businesses.
- Present and promote digital marketing services including SEO, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, and other related services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services.
- Deal with the customers efficiently and close the sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Additionally, possess a comprehensive understanding of tracking and recording call data to effectively monitor and evaluate performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Web Development, and Social Media Marketing.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
