World Student Links Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and communicative Student Counsellor to join our Lahore office on a full-time basis. This role involves providing personalized one-on-one counseling to students interested in pursuing education abroad. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for guiding students through their educational opportunities. Experience in call centers or customer service is highly valued, as it enhances the ability to engage effectively with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized counseling sessions with students exploring study abroad options.
- Listen actively and communicate clearly to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Build trust and rapport with students to foster a supportive counseling relationship.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written expression.
- Empathy and patience when working with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to establish trust and rapport quickly with students.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
