General Manager Security

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced retired Colonel (preferably from the Infantry) to lead the company’s security framework as General Manager Security. This critical role involves the planning, implementation, and supervision of all security measures across the organization’s properties and assets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Recently retired Colonel from Pakistan Army (Infantry preferred), within the last 1–3 years
Minimum height: 5’10” with a smart, commanding presence
Based in Lahore or willing to relocate
Age: Not more than 50 years
Strong professional network and liaisons across civil and military security agencies
Excellent leadership, crisis management, and team coordination skills
Proactive, disciplined, and results-oriented

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement the overall security strategy of Pace Pakistan Limited
Lead, train, and supervise security personnel across all company locations
Conduct regular risk assessments and develop preventive strategies
Liaise with local law enforcement and regulatory bodies
Ensure safety and security of personnel, property, and assets
Respond effectively to emergency situations and incidents
