Position: HR / Social Compliance Specialist
Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar role
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all HR and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, and policy implementation.
- Ensure the factory complies with international social and environmental compliance standards such as GOTS, OEKO-TEX, BSCI, and others.
- Lead and maintain audits, certifications, and documentation for compliance.
- Monitor and enforce ethical labor practices, workplace safety, and environmental standards.
- Act as a liaison with certification bodies and ensure successful audits.
- Conduct training sessions for employees on compliance and best practices.
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives in line with company goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, administration, and social compliance roles, preferably in the textile or apparel industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GOTS, OEKO-TEX, BSCI, and other compliance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and workplace safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
