We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Counter Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, providing product information, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. This role requires strong communication skills, a pleasant attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in a courteous and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability
Process sales transactions quickly and efficiently
Maintain product displays and ensure a clean, organized counter area
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism
Maintain records of sales, invoices, and customer information
Collaborate with inventory and accounts teams for smooth operations
Promote ongoing offers and upselling where applicable

Requirements:

Gender: Male/Female (both are encouraged to apply)
Age: Maximum 30 years
Education: Intermediate or above
Experience: 1–2 years relevant experience preferred (fresh candidates with good communication skills may also apply)
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)

Salary: 35,000/ + Compensation
