What You’ll Do

Call qualified leads to present our real estate offers—investment opportunities such as plots, apartments, houses, etc.
Book site-visit appointments and hand them over to our sales team.
Follow up via WhatsApp and update lead status in our CRM or spreadsheets.
Hit monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate telesales or customer-calling role.
Communication: Confident phone skills in Urdu; basic English ability.
Computer Skills: Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets/CRM entry.
Attitude: Polite, professional, goal-oriented with strong work ethic.
Adaptability: Able to follow scripts and learn our offerings quickly.
