We are seeking a dedicated Social Services Coordinator to strengthen its Corneal Donation campaign with compassion. The incumbent will be required to carry out public advocacy campaigns and work closely with hospitals.
This long-term position carries local and foreign training opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop powerful public campaigns related to Corneal and carry out the same within the stipulated time with a given success factor.
- Collaborate with stakeholders e.g. hospitals, medical staff, patients, and their families to enhance corneal transplantation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote eye donation awareness within hospitals and the community.
- Identify potential cornea donors by conducting regular assessments of hospital enrolments and records.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of donor referrals, consent forms, and related records.
- Ensure confidentiality of donor information and compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Conduct sessions, workshops, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.
