We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to attract top talent for various departments and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
Source and screen potential candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with departments for final interviews.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field.
2-4 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Rozee, LinkedIn).
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
