We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative and E-Commerce Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is well-versed in handling paperwork and is enthusiastic about building and marketing an online shop. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative skills and basic knowledge in e-commerce and online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage and organize company paperwork, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Utilize MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation.
  • Maintain records and perform data entry tasks efficiently and accurately.

E-Commerce Development and Marketing:

  • Assist in building and maintaining the company's online shop using website builders.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to promote products online.
  • Execute SEO and online marketing campaigns to increase the visibility and reach of the online shop.
  • Engage in outreach activities to attract and retain customers from international markets.
  • Analyze marketing data to provide precise budgeting and ROI calculations for marketing spend.
  • Enhance the overall online shopping experience for clients, ensuring a user-friendly interface and effective customer service.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of website builders and e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and online marketing strategies.
  • Ability to perform precise budgeting and ROI calculations for marketing expenditures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or e-commerce environment is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of financial documentation and processes is advantageous.
