We are  seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead the implementation of our software solutions for partner schools. In this role, you will collaborate with school leadership and staff to deliver tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to training and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Plan, manage, and oversee the successful delivery of software implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner schools, understanding their unique needs and translating them into system configurations.
  • Workflow Design: Work with clients to analyze and optimize workflows related to Admissions, Enrollment, Billing, Development, and other PCR Educator modules.
  • Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training for school staff, empowering them to manage and customize their system post-implementation.
  • Data Integrity & Migration: Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and completeness when transferring data into PCR Educator’s unified database.
  • Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, manage project documentation, and escalate issues as needed to ensure project success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and contribute to the continuous development of PCR Educator’s services.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Education, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS or EdTech implementation.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including school administrators, IT staff, and educators.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems; experience with school management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
  • Familiarity with educational institutions’ operations, particularly private and independent schools, is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or CAPM certification.
  • Experience with PCR Educator’s system or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of admissions workflows, student information systems, and school financial operations.
