We are seeking a highly skilled Textile Engineer with a strong background in Supply Chain Management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing textile production processes while optimizing the supply chain to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end textile production processes (weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing, etc.)
Develop and implement supply chain strategies for raw materials and finished goods.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to streamline operations.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Utilize ERP and SCM software to track inventory and logistics.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, sustainability goals, and industry regulations.
Analyze production and supply chain metrics for continuous improvement.
Resolve issues related to delays, materials shortages, and quality control.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2+ years of experience in textile manufacturing and/or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of textile machinery, materials, and production workflows.
Proficient in supply chain tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM, MS Excel).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
