Responsibilities-

Receiving Seeds from local Growers and Sort it out with Labour
Operate Double Pass Reversible Corn Dryer and, Maintain the Dryer Temperature and Air pressure
Operate Fine Cleaner of century USA machine, Gravity Separator Forsberg USA, Seed Treater of Bayer Crop Science USA, and Bagging Scale and Stitching head for stitching of 10KG bags.
I individual operate the vertical Form and Fill Machine for 2KG pouches packaging.
I performed my all day to day workings with respect to the company set KPIs Key performance indicators.
Maintain my respective machine efficiency and throughput by using technique VSM Value Stream Mapping
Sampling of product from running line for Assuring Quality requirement.
Record keeping of machine related documentation such as downtime, waiting time and machine history cord maintaining and discussed with my supervisor.

Lean and kaizen for continues improvement techniques and also four time select as a continues improvement champion during year 2015.
