Meeting and Coordination with Line Departments Regularly engage with relevant government and partner departments to ensure smooth project implementation and alignment with objectives.
Process Monitoring and Program Support Actively monitor ongoing processes, offering guidance and support to the program team to ensure project activities are executed as planned.
Primary Data Management and Record Keeping Oversee the management of primary data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely sharing of information with HQ.
Community Response Mechanism Implementation Ensure the effective implementation of the Community Response Mechanism, addressing community feedback and concerns in a timely manner.
Frequent Field Visits for Project Monitoring Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress and assess the quality of project implementation on the ground.
TolaData Updates (Quarterly and Yearly) Regularly update TolaData on a quarterly and yearly basis, ensuring that data is accurate and reflects project progress.
Survey Team Leadership for Impact Assessments designing survey tools on Kobo & ODK Lead survey teams in conducting baseline and endline assessments, ensuring robust data collection for impact evaluation.
