· Initiated evaluation of the Grant application by collecting and verifying all the relevant data about the Applicant/Small and Medium Enterprise.
· Assisted front desk staff in removing discrepancies in the Grant application forms that may be in the shape of missing documents or information.
· Verified the information provided by the Applicants/SME by visiting the business site, evaluating the documentary proofs and holding meetings with the relevant association/chamber/ department.
· Cross checked all the information provided and highlighting any issues.
· Validated the business plan provided by the Applicant/SME in coordination with technical experts.
· Prepared an initial evaluation report with recommendation of grant amount with justification to project scrutiny Committee/ Documents Review Committee.
· Assisted in procurement of stitching machines carried out for the applicant in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 of Government of Pakistan.
Visited the Applicant /SMEs implementing/establishing the industrial stitching unit plan through the grants and monitored the progress of implementation.
