Commissioning activities of Plant:
- Commissioning of plant machinery; TDO, MDO and Pull Roll settings
- Die dismantling, internal servicing, cleaning and assembling
- Material balancing of Extruders and silos
- Flushing of all closed loops
Test running activities:
- Complete process control, include extrusion, casting, stretching and finished product
- Line parameters setting
- Change the thickness and grade according toplan
- Trouble shootings of DIE, MDO, TDO, PULL ROLL and WINDER
Lab Assistance:
- Chemical selections and composition of required testing chemical preparation
- Raw material chemicals characteristics and process parameters recipe formation
- Recipe formation for production
General responsibilities:
- Operation department controlling
- Production planning, scheduling and monitoring, general reports maintenance
- Make shift wise production report and work permits system
- Train and motivate production department team for efficient team work andeffectiveproductionoutput
- Man power control, work execution and safety assurance.
