Stay updated on the company’s products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Assist customers in making product recommendations based on their preferences.
Customer Retention:
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure they return to shop again. Proactively reach out to loyal customers with special offers, discounts, or updates on new products.
Problem Resolution:
Handle complex customer queries or complaints and provide effective solutions promptly. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns professionally, with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Reporting and Documentation:
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions. Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and areas of improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, logistics, and IT to ensure a cohesive customer experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand customer promotions and offers.
