Installation and Maintenance of all injection molding machines, diesel generators, Air compressors, transformers, Production Hall complaints, and Operation&Maintenance of the RO plant.Check & resolve all types of Wapda issues.Monitoring the installation and inspection of various panels and electrical equipment such as medium and low Voltage Switchgear, breaker panels, LV switchboards, motor control panels, lighting and power distribution board for normal & emergency supply, and alarm detectors as per the quality aspects and approved procedure. Monitor production and equipment performance and revise maintenance schedules as necessary to ensure their continued effective performance.Ensure usage of PPEs by the maintenance staff during maintenance work also responsible for the Safety Training of the Staff. Maintain safety/injury record of the department. Make and implement weekly/monthly/ yearly Preventive maintenance plans for the machines. Ensure state-of-the-art latest repair tools kits with the department. Ensure succession planning in the department.Prepare data of MTTR and MTTF of the maintenance department to evaluate the workmanship Prepare a record of all RCAs of all the mechanical and electrical problems that occur in the company to ensure reoccurrence. Prepare requisitions and inspect Store materials as per operation and maintenance activities. Implementation of safe and optimum O & M practices at the Production floor and engine Hall.
