 Understanding overall process of PET manufacturing with line tracing and preparation of BFD, PFD, P&IDs and UFDs
 Control on raw material (TPA, MEG), HTO (heating system on HFO and natural gas) and utilities consumption
 Catalyst (Sb2O3) and dulling agent (TiO2) preparation and dosing control
 Interacting with the PLC (HITACHI) and DCS (SUPCON) system for parametric optimization of process equipment’s
 Planning and executing daily, weekly and monthly work schedules and data logging
 Communication with Maintenance, E&I, Utilities and Quality control department
 Compliance with PTW, LOTO and workplace HSE  Participated in shut down and start up activities along a team of 5 supervisors, 10 operators and helpers i.e TEG cleaning, EG rinsing, pressure and vacuum tests and level calibration of reactors.

 Flow sheeting of overall plant with line tracing in the field
 Quality control of cement by sampling and strength testing in labs for market ready product
 Related the control of industry using SCADA system in central control room (CCR) with actual process
 Communicated with the working members and closely participated in shutdown and troubleshooting
