Inventory Management:
Ensure accurate inventory levels of all F&B products.
Implement systems for tracking stock movement (incoming, outgoing).
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Manage product lifecycles (rotation based on expiry dates).
Monthly physical count to correct inventory level.
Warehouse & Logistics Operations:
Oversee the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of F&B products.
Optimize warehouse layout for efficient product flow.
Implement proper storage practices considering factors like temperature control, FIFO (First-In-First-Out) for perishables.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
After discuss with Sales, distribution all over FGS items by vehicle.
Export Items loading as per export documentation and send to Port.

 To Manage all relevant Task related to remittance like L/C, Bank Contract and Telegraphic Transfer.
 Coordination with Bank for L/C opening, negotiate exchange rate against original documents, shipping guarantee, and EIF approval etc.
 Follow up of shipment from vendors, freight forwarder and clearing agent for on time delivery.
 Follow up of duties after arrival of shipment and verify calculation.
 Communication with bonded ware House at the time of In-Bond and Ex bond.
 Make the Landed cost sheet and GRN of every shipment.
 To arrange Transportation from Port to Factory and Bonded ware house.
 Support to Treasury Department where needed making of Pay orders & check.
 Responsible for a team of over 20 staff that include drivers and warehouse operatives.
 Completing and filing compliance documentation for import, export and supply chain security.
 Ensuring that all set targets are achieved.

Working as Sr. Officer Import in Shield Corporation Limited since Jan, 2012 to Dec 2019, a Public quoted Listed Company in Stock exchanges, SCL is the one of the largest Consumer Company in Dental Care and Baby Care products.. My responsibilities are to manage and follow up all activities related to Imports and Imports Planning (with lead time 60-90 days planning), including Landed cost, Cost reduction, Price Negotiation, Re- Import Export, Maintain inventory of all Imported Raw Material as per company SOP. Developed processes to enable suppliers to identify problems in their production schedule to improve on-time shipping, and reduce problems with planning Discuss with shipping companies freight rate of all FOB & Ex-work shipment., EIF, Form E filling in WeBoc, claim to supplier any complain of Raw Material  from Production.
