• Receive raw and packing materials from various vendors into the plant Materials Warehouse in coordination with materials planning and logistics functions during the shifts assigned.
• Ensure that receiving of all materials is as per the standard procedures and protocols set for documentation and record keeping.
• Issue raw and packing materials to production as per the shift requirements to support the production while ensuring that FIFO/FEFO is maintained at all the times and also properly record any materials return back into the inventory.
• Regularly update and maintain proper records of all inventory transactions of raw and packing materials into the inventory system on a timely basis.
• Ensure proper handing over and taking over for the custody of materials and records during the shift changes
• Ensure optimum use of warehousing space for the storage of all materials and stacking of materials as per the standards.
• Implement and ensure adherence to Quality and AIB standards and various guidelines issued from time to time.
• Assist in conducting physical stock counts of all materials at month end closing, or whenever required, and also assist in reconciling stock status appearing in the books of accounts and as per the physical stock count conducted.
• W/H In-charge in managing the external warehouses being used by PI for the storage of raw and packing materials
• Ensure that proper GMP and Safety procedures are followed for the movement and storage of materials in raw and packing materials warehouses.
• Maintain good housekeeping and product safety in order to ensure compliance against AIBI, IPS, FSSC 22000 and CRP standards.

Computer Operator Job Duties:
Determines sequence of operations by studying production schedule.
Prepares equipment for operations by accessing software in computer; loading paper into printers and plotters; preparing for output.

Supervision
Supervise and evaluate paraprofessional staff members on a regular basis, including providing guidance, feedback, and professional development through weekly staff meetings, one-on-one meetings, and staff evaluations
Oversee staff performance/progress outlined by the residential curriculum and assist in continued assessment and development of the curriculum
Facilitate staff development, foster staff unity and teamwork, motivate student staff and empower them to promote student learning and development
Assist with the selection and training of student staff members
Administrative Responsibilities
Coordinate department processes within assigned area, including hall openings and closings and health and safety inspections
Assist with managing building and committee budgets with adherence to College purchasing guidelines
Assist with monthly reports related to residence hall operations, student and staff progress, and curriculum implementation
Serve on departmental committees and provide assistance with that assigned area
Work to advance the College, Division of Student Success, and Residential Life's strategic plan and goals through participation in goal setting, program implementation, committee/task force work and assessment efforts
Attend various meetings on a weekly/biweekly basis including, but not limited to: Residential Life staff meetings, professional development sessions, building staff meetings, committee meetings, and weekly meetings with students and supervisors
Participate in departmental, divisional, and college-wide training's and professional development workshops
Maintain clear, consistent communication with department and college staff on a variety of topics, ensuring a timely response to concerns, exceptional support of students and a commitment to the college, division and department missions
