1) Organize and maintain personal records.
2) Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules).
3) Counsels and advises students and families about educational opportunities, admission, financial assistance, school policies and requirements.
4) Maintains communication via telephone, correspondence, and/or electronic mail with prospective students through all stages of the recruitment and admission process.
5) Monitoring financial affairs, including budgets and purchasing of school expenses
6) Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Involved in Recruiting process includes taking telephonic interviews and scheduling their interviews. - Involved in Day to day HR task. - Assisting HR Manager - Drafting memorandums of new employees. - Maintaining the personal files of employees and putting information in Excel Sheet and HRIS. - Reference check of employee - Drafting letters and making HR Forms.
