Learned about the operations and maintenance of two High Pressure Water Tube Boilers both having 84T/hr Capacity. Got an insight about working and operational maintenance of a Back Pressure Steam Turbine and a Condensing Steam Turbine having power generation capacity of 16 MW and 26 MW respectively. Acquired a basic knowledge of ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) to analyze the budget spending on purchase requisition of necessary components for BMR. Corrective and Preventive maintenance of all equipment to achieve production and efficiency targets i.e. Steam Boilers, Steam Turbines, FWPs, Cooling Towers, RO Plant, and Pumps. Participation in erection and commissioning of Back Pressure Steam turbine of 20MW capacity.

Ensured that all actions relating to the integrity of Plant Stationary Equipment and Piping are carried out in accordance with the guidelines. Inspection on-stream vessels, tanks, pipelines, refractory, boilers, and furnaces on a regular basis to determine the type and extent of damage mechanisms.
