IT Support Enginner
As an IT Support Engineer at Avari Hotel Lahore, I am responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all technological systems and services across the hotel. My role involves monitoring and maintaining the hotel’s network infrastructure, including both wired and wireless systems, to ensure high availability and performance. I provide day-to-day support for the hotel’s staff and guests, troubleshooting and resolving any hardware, software, or network-related issues promptly.
A significant part of my job involves managing the hotel's property management system (PMS), ensuring all communication systems, such as phones, emails, and internet connections, function smoothly. I also handle the setup and maintenance of in-room technology, such as entertainment systems, guest Wi-Fi, and interactive services.
In addition to resolving immediate issues, I work on system upgrades, software installations, and security monitoring to prevent potential vulnerabilities. I collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source equipment and software as required. Customer satisfaction is a priority, so I ensure that both the operational staff and guests receive reliable, efficient tech support.
