I am an experienced Medical Doctor and Public Health Professional with over 20 years of extensive experience working with national and international organizations. Currently, I am serving as the Provincial Project Manager for the Vector-Borne Diseases (VBDs) - Malaria Control Program, under the Director General Health Services, Health Department Sindh, supported by the GFATM Grant GC-7 (NFM IV). Previously, I have held key roles in renowned organizations such as the Communicable Diseases Control III (CDC-III)-TB Control Program, DGHS, Sindh, Pathfinder International, Action Against Hunger, International Relief and Development (IRD)/Blumont, Jhpiego, Bridge Consultants Foundation, British Petroleum (bp), and the Pakistan Society.
Throughout my career, I have worked across multi-sectoral programs at senior and mid-senior levels, contributing to the successful management and implementation of health initiatives. My expertise spans a wide range of public health domains, including Malaria and Dengue Case Management, Integrated Vector Control Management, Nutrition Programs (Adolescent and CMAM), Health and Hygiene, WASH, Maternal and Child Health (MNCH), Family Planning, HIV/AIDS Care and Support for Key Vulnerable Communities, TB-DOTs LHW-TB Projects, Occupational Health Diseases, Infectious Disease Control, and COVID-19 Response.
I bring extensive experience in program and project management, administration, operations, and evaluation, with a focus on capacity building and stakeholder engagement. I have collaborated effectively with government officials at both provincial and district levels, including the Departments of Health (DoH), Population Welfare (PWD), Social Welfare Department, and other multi-stakeholders, to drive impactful health outcomes. My roles have also involved public-private partnerships, governance, community mobilization, implementation and execution of projects, and the development of programs.
I have a proven ability to manage and implement projects both directly and through partnerships, with expertise in training facilitation on topics such as Family Planning, MNCH, Malaria and Dengue Case Management, Vector Control and management, Nutrition CMAM, Adolescent Nutrition, TB-DOTs, and HIV/AIDS.

Meeting Coordination and Facilitation: Coordinates organizes and facilitates one-to-one meetings with key stakeholders to develop follow-up action plans. Invites all stakeholders and ensure their participation in meetings. Coordinates visit and organize meetings of the delegation(s) with the project stakeholders in the district.
Forums and Committees: Works with DTC/DHPMT and other forums, including local NGOs to implement the project. Works with the district DTC/DHPMT update them regarding project activities. Participates in partner oversight committee meetings and arranges individual interactions with them.
Workshop Coordination: Organizes and conducts orientation, inception and dissemination, and training workshops related to project activities in the district.
Maintaining Project Champion Relationships: Identity, coordinates and interacts with family planning champions in the district to ensure their participation in working groups and advocate with stakeholders for FP initiatives.
Status Reports: Prepares and submit reports as required with regular time-frequency by Programs Department.
Project Management and Participation: Leads, manages or participates in cross-functional project teams
Provincial Coordination: Coordinates with Provincial ISD Coordinator and update them of their activities, especially those that need provincial support
Inter-Provincial Travel: Visit other project districts and travel to the provincial capital, on an agreed frequency, for better district liaison and coordination.

I am working as an Operations Coordinator at Action Against Hunger (ACF), in Program for improved Nutrition in Sindh (PINS-2) under the EU funding. PINS result-2 Action Against Hunger working as a lead partner (Coordinator) for sustainably improve the nutritional status of children under 5 years and of Pregnant and lactational Women (PLWs). Here is my role is to provide operational oversight to the EU-funded Programme for Improved Nutrition in Sindh (PINS)-Nutrition Specific Component, covering 8 districts of Sindh province along with co-applicants Concern Worldwide (Shifa Foundation, PNFHW, TRDP) RSPN SRSO) and PPHI AND with NSC services contractors (MERF, IHS, and CMC). I am will be responsible for heading the sub-base, support departments, warehouse, guest house and supply chain management. Ensure team management and coordination with implementing partners and relevant programs in all districts.
Working as a focal person to coordinate with partners for Nutrition Component related all activities implemented by CMP and manage the subcontract. Advisor Health will be responsible for coordinating regular progress meetings with the subcontractor.
Oversee the implementation of programmatic strategies, campaigns, messages, and activities for CMP’s health and nutrition component.
Support CMP’s strategies and activities for its cross-cutting theme Water and Sanitation (WATSAN) and contribute to the development of best means of mainstreaming this cross-cutting theme within CMP’s program activities.
