Processing transactions of branches for RIA, IME, Instant Cash & Money gram (where required) from head office, level.
Managing the promotion and positioning of home remittance products and services, and raising product awareness through the creation of marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with branches to resolve issues of all the tie-ups and sub-agents.
ID activation and New ID creation. Checking and Verification of Home Remittance Transactions, in accordance with company’s SOPs.
Attending to our existing customers' Inquiries pertaining to the remittances.
Covers all activities relating to Business development & Operations of all Products of Home-Remittance under management.
Conduct depth analysis on the performance of branches and suggest an action plan to overcome weaknesses. Measure Performance of Advances staff on a daily and monthly basis
Ensured compliance of regulations, controls and procedures during Branch Audits as a Team member.
Preparation and maintaining MIS for various internal reporting
Prepare, Balance and Reconcile all the Transactions
Responsible to ensure proper implementation of operational instructions and bank service policies and guidelines.
