KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Submit bills along with detail summary for Petty cash advances.
- To train staff & inculcate knowledge to build leadership skills in team
- Multitasking as assigned by HOD / Management.
- Organize and Schedule appointments.
- Organize meetings / events and planned resources booked venue /
catering services to support the event / meeting.
- Arrangements Hotel booking and travel arrangements for Guests and
Management.
- Supervise lower staff (Janitors, Drivers, Office boys & Security Staff).
- Vendor Coordination.
- Inventory Management.
