Attend to inbound calls and get them resolved on priority.
Document each call by creating a ticket and passing on the ticket number to the customer.
If the caller is a new employee at the club we need to take down their details such as: Official Email address, Official Direct Number & Official Designation.
Respond to tickets being created via email. If required a call can be made to the customer to get a better understanding on the concern at hand & to provide the best possible solution for it.
If the concern raised by the customer is a development or a programming issue, then a separate ticket will be created which will be followed up by the CSC till resolution.
To ensure drivers are daily available as per the agreement.

To follow up & coordinate with location supervisors & dedicated drivers for timely loading & distribution.

To ensure vehicles are sent for maintenance as per the specified schedule.
To prepare purchase orders for various items such as safety equipment, tyres, batteries, spare parts etc.
To ensure timely submission of bills.
To recruit & outsource staff & equipment as per the client’s requirement.
Administrative responsibilities such as Purchase & Maintenance.
To manage daily operational activities.
To follow up & coordinate with location supervisors & dedicated drivers for timely loading & offloading.
To keep a strong follow-up with location supervisors in case of accidents or break downs of TLs (Tank Lorries).
Follow-up with the in-house logistics team for any operational hiccups that may have occurred overnight.
Daily communicate on WhatsApp group with HPL (Hascol Petroleum Limited) officials.
To Provide Trip / Miscellaneous expenses to our teams in Port Qasim & Sadiqabad offices.
To ensure all protocols provided by HPL are followed.
To check & verify PODs (Proof of Deliveries) as per the set SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in the ERP system.
To process trip expenses for further billing to HPL.
Preparation of Bills / PODs as per contract for timely submission in HPL.
Coordinate with HPL’s billing team for invoicing issues if any.
To follow-up on recoveries from HPL
Administrative responsibilities such as Purchase of Vehicle Batteries, Tyres, Safety Equipment, Filters, route permits etc.
To ensure vehicle availability, as per Customer’s requirement.
To follow-up and coordinate with Dedicated Vehicle drivers for their timely Loading / Offloading.
Recruitment for Karachi Office as required by the company.
To control the expenses being made on the maintenance of these vehicles.
To manage daily operational activities. (Drivers Expense, Diesel, Maintenance etc.)
To bring in new/expand business and handle existing accounts accordingly.
To keep a strong follow up with the drivers in case of any accidents or breakdowns
To follow up on recoveries from the Customers as instructed by the HO
Track and Locate vehicles through E Drive for in transit delays
Coordinate with the billing executive for Invoices Issues or Pending Invoices
To ensure the guidelines of the Customers are followed
Other Administrative activities include: Purchase of Batteries, Purchase of Engine Oil, Purchase of Tyres, Purchase of Spare Parts, Vehicle Registrations, Renewal of Vehicle Certifications / Route Permits / Insurance.
Responsible for preparing bids/proposals/quotations for invited tenders which we are registered and want to register with.
Prepare and update monthly logistics schedule, to assure deliveries to production locations. Coordinate product delivery schedules with customers.
To look after the maintenance of our vehicles.
Assist in obtaining necessary transportation permits for inbound and outbound shipments, as required facilitating timely movements via road.
Timely arrange transportation at Airport, Seaport at Agility warehouses and Yard.
To ensure that the Warehouse grounds are clean at all times.
Coordination and communication with CHB (Custom House Brokerage) team in order to check, count and tally inventory which is custom cleared from airport and seaport.
Once the inventory is received at KLC (Korangi Logistic Center) proper inspection of the goods whether they are properly packed, count and measure the dimensions. If there is any damage in the package immediately inform HO with photos.
To ensure proper Warehousing is done with all Inventories coming in.
Inspection of vehicle whether its Agility or client vendor, they should be with their PPE, especially Agility Drivers must wear Uniforms & PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) available in vehicle along with slings , ropes and tarpaulin, any deficiency the inform head office before dispatch.
Organize and maintain hard copy and electronic documentation supporting order fulfillment, distribution means, pricing and contractual obligations.
Coordinate daily activity to track location and movement of dispatched shipments via trucks. Provide reports to internal and external customers as required.
Responsible for coordinating with project teams in Lahore, Islamabad & Karachi.
Handle problems with vendors.
Work closely with providers to assure efficient and effective execution of defined processes and goods transportation.
Support major clients like: Baker Hughes, BHP Billiton,
Maintained the In Transit Vehicle (ITV) reports and updated customers accordingly. The report included empty containers, export containers and import containers.
Responsible for any delays that may occur during transporting the shipment and inform the client accordingly.
Ensured that reports were accurately sent to the clients.
Kept a strict follow up with the transporters in case of any road accidents or vehicle breakdowns.
Worked on different international & local campaigns on customer service as well as telemarketing which included
International Campaigns - Lead verification, lead generation, yellow pages listing (yp.com), government grants and appointment settings.
Domestic Campaigns - Reckitt & Benkiser, Hero Pakistan, KIT (Keep in Touch) a product of Call Mate.
The campaign was local but dealt with international customers such as Prime Bank, Allied Bank Limited and UBL Fund Managers.
