Internee as an Assistant of production manager
It is a sports goods manufacturing company. Its produces footballs, basketballs, tracksuits, sports kits and so many other products.
My responsibilities were:
To maintain the records of all the faculty members
To resolve the issues of teachers with the consultation of HR manager
To set the meetings of teachers with the HR manager
To prepare reports for the HR manager
Separately handle the folder of each faculty member and maintain their all kind of records
Internee as an Assistant of HR manager
Manage the production process according to the orders of production manager.
Communicate the orders of Production manager to the labor.
Setting daily base task for labor with the consultation of production manager.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for the production manager.
