Ø  Assist teams in compiling and communicating user friendly documentation to manage HSEQ risks including pre-start planning and meetings.
Ø  Assist managers in ensuring competence of their teams (including contractors) and ensuring adequate records are maintained along with key risks and non-conformances.

Warehousing

Supervise the warehouse staff to ensure that activities involved in warehouse operations are fulfilling desired protocols and stocks is maintained according to warehouse layout.

Ensure that information related to assets is updated, reviewed, and recorded.
Ensure that SOPs designed to maintain accuracy in the system are followed and any movement/transfer is done using appropriate templates.
