Looking after local procurement of raw, packaging and general material.
Leading operational store teams including raw material store, finsih good
store, packing material store & general material store.
Assists store teams in managing company’s inventory, and ensures that
inventory levels are accurate.
Creates, implements, and maintains inventory control procedures to meet
company goals.
Follow up for deliveries with customers.

Follow-up with import department for imported shipment arrival details & plan

and that inventory levels are replenished in a timely manner.
Maintains inventory records, including item inventory, bin locations, quantity at
each level, and expiration dates.
Conducts weekly Physical Stock checks of inventory levels and reports findings
& any other issues to the senior manager.
Creates, implements, and maintains inventory control procedures to meet

Checks daily stock transfer out, stock transfer in & all other documentation
ledger to maintain system & physical stock same.
Using Siddat Hyder Enterprises Resource Planning (SHERP) software to
manage all reports relevant to Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Looking after 5 Stores inventory which includes Raw material store, General
store, Finished goods store, rejection store & vendor store.
Do an internal inventory audit of all stores having more than 15,000 Stock
keeping units (SKU’s)
Executes all orders through available resources,
Co-Ordinate with customers for deliveries to avoid double handling or
shipment rejection,
Keep in touch with the sales team for daily volume execution to gain

Plan control & logistics areas including inventory & deliveries of more than
5000 SKUs of 38 international

Ensure that the material inward the same as the purchase order and in good
condition,
Record daily deliveries and shipments,

Look out all reverse logistics & returns from customers
