=1st Client): Assistant Accountant at "CourierX".- Record Journal Entries of BRV, BPV, CPV, CRV, JV & all Expenses of all stations in Climax Suite (Accounting Software).- Reconcile Petty Cash Vouchers of different Stations from the Expense sheet.- Make COD, Non COD & Overland Clients invoices on Software. - Maintain a sheet of daily payments that are made to COD Clients on a daily basis. - Bank Reconciliation. - Ms. Excel with (Formulas).- Reconcile Clients and Vendors Ledger.- Assist in Month-end Closing Process.=2nd Client): Accountant at "Kinetic Business Solution". I am engaged in an on-site Client project, successfully delivered results within 12 to 15 days.-Record all pending journal entries FYO 2023 in Quickbooks Software (online version).-Review all invoices and bills to ensure the revenue & expense amounts are correct and accurate in QB software.-Conduct year-end reconciliation and upkeep of the fixed asset register.-Generate a variety of reports from QuickBooks for the purpose of management review.
