Through regular, daily, community outreach paired with other team members, build and maintain relationships with communities, including local leaders, different groups, and stakeholders.
Responsible for language interpretation and implementation of mobilization activities for Afghan Refugees living in rural areas around Lyallpur, Punjab.
Assist Livelihood officer in identification of in Cash grants support to extremely vulnerable individuals.
Ensure Beneficiaries Selection Procedure and understand the criteria.
Ensure distribution lists are properly filled and sent to the office for further process.
Identification of beneficiaries for multiple project interventions education, Food for work/cash for work.
Conduct weekly meetings with community organizations for raising awareness about their entitlement i.e. social, economic & rights.
Participate in planning and budgeting, preparation of work plans, implementation of planned activities and monitoring/ reporting of progress.
Fill all the relevant documents at the distribution.
Follow the appropriate communications means to meet operational and security requirements.
Ensure that administrative support functions are supported in accordance with organization administrative policies and procedures.
Regular follow-up and monitoring of project activities & timely reporting of identified gaps with the best possible solutions.
Preparation of weekly and monthly work plans.
Perform any task assigned by the supervisor as and when required.
