Supporting Provincial Training Manager
- Assist the Provincial Training Manager in planning, organizing, and conducting all kinds of Alternative Learning Program (ALP) trainings for teachers, facilitators, and other stakeholders.
- Help in developing training materials, manuals, and guides for ALP trainings.
- Support the Provincial Training Manager in coordinating with district-level staff, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of ALP trainings.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of ALP trainings and providing feedback to the Provincial Training Manager.
On-Job & Mentoring Support to ALP Teachers
- Provide on-job support and mentoring to ALP teachers in the districts to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality education.
