Job Responsibilities:
• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates across various channels. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening resumes to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and leverage data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies.
• Develop ‘Manpower Planning’ and ‘Talent Management’ Strategies in liaison with Business Unit Heads / Departmental Heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs and fill all vacancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely recruitment of high-quality resources for all the vacant positions in the company.
• Ensure all the HR Recruitment processes are aligned with company’s recruitment & selection policy and ensure strict implementation of the policy within organization.
• Work with the hiring managers to develop job descriptions, objectives and of each position.
• Create and publish job advertisement, Job Hunting Sites and Company’s website.
• Screen/review applications evaluating such factors as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, and ability and develop a shortlisted pool of potential candidates and forward to the hiring managers.
• Maintain database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs.
• Ppreliminary interviews (in person and/or on the phone) and coordinate pre-employment test schedules and.
• Present fully screened, qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner. Review candidate qualifications with hiring managers. Facilitate applicant interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager. Provide candidates feedback on interview results.
• Reference checks on selected candidates as per company policy.
• Manage offer process and negotiate compensation package including salary, start date and allowances for international postings.
