Maintain Books of Accounts & proper closing on weekly, monthly & yearly basis.
Reconciliation of Venders/Customers Ledgers as per requirement.
Managing payable, receivables and follow up timely collections.
Check & Balance of Employee Loans, Advances, Gratuity & Security Deductions.
Supervision of salary sheet prepared by the HR Department and posting the same in Accounting System.
Preparation of Employees advances sheet on monthly basis.
Coordinating with banks and other financial institutions.
Supervising overall activity of the Accounts Department & Store Section.
Conducting internal audit & presenting reports.
Processing the documents & applications for bank loans, credit card etc.
Contact with bank customers for new promotions & maintain the relationship.
Managing and Maintenance of store i.e. consistently oversaw inventory control,
ordering, store management and site monitoring.
Providing management with reports, tailored to meet their decision making
needs.
Coordination with Suppliers and Contractors regarding their invoices and bills.
Checking invoices, contractor’s bills and bank reconciliations.
Monitoring the daily production reports & Stock inward and outward.
Preparation of Store reconciliation.
Supervision of posting performed by junior staff.
Providing the online technical support to the customers & resolve the queries via
voice call, e-mail or remote access.
Training & Development of the staff about process & system.
