 ·         Plan, implement, and coordinate community development projects with local stakeholders.
·         Conduct needs assessments, situation analyses, and baseline surveys to identify community requirements.
·         Strengthen village/community development committees.
·         Provide technical support and capacity-building for community organizations.
·         Organize awareness sessions, workshops, and training events for community empowerment.
·         Strengthen community through CMST& LMST.
·         Regularly monitor and evaluate project activities, reporting progress and challenges.
·         Maintained a close liaison with other CBOs, NGOs, and local government officials in the area.
·         Assisted in the arrangement and conduct of training and other events for local communities and other partners at the project site.
·         Develop and conduct capacity-building sessions on safeguarding and inclusion.
·         Ensure compliance with safeguarding standards and address reported concerns.
·         Facilitate community mobilization and engage members in the program.
·         Coordinate with donors and arrange visits.

Job description
·         Providing an advisory service to residents in response to community development projects, and to promote optimum use of local or external resources.
·        To mobilize the target community for integrated intervention of IRP in connection to WASH, Livelihoods, Advocacy, DRR , village level disaster committees formation

Form community groups at village/cluster level
Facilitating local solutions to local needs.
 Assisting the community and the IRP to become more aware of and responsive to the community needs.
To conduct situation analysis of communities and initiate contacts with community.
To ensure participation of people and CBO are formed sustainable basis.
Collection of primary data and compilation of survey for various project and Programme.
To support survey team and conduct filed visit time to time.
To conduct various workshop and training classes for local community on the issues of development and awareness about health and hygiene
Conduct term of partnership dialog with the    CO’s
Monthly, quarterly work plan and reporting to Field Incharge.
To take minutes of the committee meetings and ensuring community saving contribution register is updated.
Developing and strengthening local networks, to foster and resource local initiatives, with due recognition to the unique requirements, strengths and resources of the local community.
Formation of community organization, Relevant DRR and other desired platform at village level and UC level for the community participation and for the sustainability of the project.
To have MOU with all beneficiaries (families) for various interventions and sustainability of project
To resolve all the social conflicts in the targeted communities by application of participatory approaches in amicable way.
Assist in the implementation of the Islamic relief community mobilization strategy in a manner that promotes gender equality, democratic decision-making and is all-inclusive.
In close supervision with the line supervisor design a strategic community development plan in particular with focusing in DRR, preparedness, vulnerability analysis and capacity building of various stake holders on DRR.
Assist in implementing the activity plans identified and agreed by the communities for projects according to the guidelines and schedules set by the Islamic Relief community Mobilization strategy.
Liaise and coordinate with other Islamic Relief program staff for community project implementation.
Liaise and work with community groups and projects to ensure accountability and best use of project resources.
Survey, evaluate recommend target beneficiary populations.
Prepare and conducts trainings and learning tools/materials for communities and/or other trainers.

      Preparing of training schedules, invitation & scrutiny of applications, maintenance of sectional record.
·         Coordinate stakeholder meeting and consultant of finalize training schedule.
·         To liaise with the concerned training centers and for timely supply of training inputs to them
·         Timely induction of trainees and start & completion of trainings in the concerned training centers
·         To ensure attendance submission by the training centers and timely reporting to accounts / Database and other relevant sections for further processing.
·         Monitoring of the training being conducted at various Training Centers.
·         Supervision of Fisheries Trainers placed at various departmental training centers throughout the province and ensures their active participation in trainings and reporting.

Seek technical guidance from program sociologist at the program level.
Organizing / strengthen village level communities into viable and coherent organization that can work towards livelihood improvement and improved natural resource management
Assist and conduct ecological and socio-economic surveys and participatory rural appraisals (PRA) and other research studies.
Prepare work plan for social mobilization in consultation with field manager and program sociologist.
Coordinate with NRM Officer for improved implementation of NRM activities.
Keep a closed laision with communities through meeting with them on a regular bases.
Maintain a closed liaison with other CBOs and NGOs and Local government official in the area.
Assist and arrangement and conduct of training and other events for local communities and other partner at the project side.
Ensure equitable gender participation in project activities and development initiative.
Keep regular record of field activity (daily and weekly) and submit fortnightly reports to the field manager.

1.      To develop and carryout “Indus For All Programme” (IFAP) & awareness strategy for the Indus Eco-Region and the Priority areas.
2.      Proactively handle the Environmental Education and communication activities at the Indus for All programme sites. 
3.      Organize the trainings, workshops and consultative meeting for the training for different targeted audience in the programme field site.
4.      Provide assistance in developing curriculum for the training workshops on different themes related to Indus Eco-region.
5.      Close coordination with teachers, religious leaders, youth groups, women groups, and community based organizations, Non governmental organizations and other stakeholders involved in environmental activities.
6.      Produced “Indus For All programmers” Print publication material, develop and produce Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly site specific progress report, work plans of environmental education and communication activities of the IFAP. Website.
