I have more than 3 years experience as Senior Auditor & Accounts Associate in a QCR based Chartered Accounting Firm with a team of 3-5 junior personnel and directly report to Manager and Principal of the firm. It is an accounting & taxation consultancy firm which mainly provides bookkeeping, internal & external audits, preparation of tax returns & workings and statutory filing with SECP. I had also worked with Kintex Group which comprises of a textile mill and a restaurant. My desingation was an accounts manager with a 4 team member.

As a Financial Controller, I manage the following matters:
Financial Oversight: Ensure meticulous oversight of all financial controls, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Software Implementation: Implement and optimize Infor ERP software, identifying and rectifying flaws to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.

Payroll:
Reporting the computerized attendance cross verification with manual attendance.
Managing payroll and disbursing cash & bank salaries as per company policies.
Form 1099 and W2 for service providers
Investments: Company has multiple investments in other projects. Maintaining records of funds in/out and reviewing monthly profits & loss. Providing customized reports for prospective investments in other projects. All reports and data are recorded in Quickbooks.
Bank Reconciliations:
Month end reconciliation of all banks in quickbooks softwares and then, generating reports after clearing all differences.
Preparing weekly fund position report for Payments to A/P.
Account Receivables:
Forcasting Monthly-Quarterly Collection reports.
Overseeing timlely collection of Account Receivables
Interacting with Customers through emails on due Invoices.
Monitoring invoicising process.
Reconciling account receivables.
Account Payable:
Monitoring timesheets recording process and then, proceeding payments after verfication as per company policies.
Month end reconciliations of A/P.
Communicating with Service Providers through emails regarding documents deficiencies.
Providing any other report required by senior management for decision making, tax filing, bank financing etc.
To maintain books of Acrosoft (Pvt) Ltd, my JDs include:
Ensure and develope controls to manage bookkeeping, completing accounting cycle, books including files, vouchers and customize reporting.
Complying all requirements with FBR including withholding taxes US 149, 153, Monthly sales tax returns with PRA, Quarterely submission of statements and Annual income tax returns.
Managing sales cycle by sending invoices, export proceed, PRC certificates and filing returns.
Complying with SECP including submitting Form A, 29. Registeration of Private limited companies with SECP and AOPs with ease of doing business.

Reconciling books including A/P, A/R and Bank reconciliations.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
Managing stocks including entering SM, reconciling with Parties ledgers and conducting stock take on monthly basis.
BANKS / FUNDS MANAGEMENT:
Maintaining DFP and budgets for financial forcasting.
Monthly cashflow statements.
Bank reconciliations statements after recording adjustments.
PAYROLL MANAGEMENT:
Reporting the computerized attendance, after arranging and cross verification with manual attendance.
Managing payroll and disbursing cash & bank salaries at site/factory as well as head office.
At source deduction and filling at source statement us 149 with FBR.
CORRESPONDENCE AND REPORTING:
Directly reporting to General Manager and CEOs.

My job responsibilities includes:
The full-cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledgers, cash receipts/disbursements, bank reconciliations, fixed assets register, payroll accounting (WPPF audits) and others;
Preparation of draft monthly sales tax return and annual income tax returns and online filing of Form-A and Form-29;
Preparation of final accounts (Balance sheet, Profit & Loss, Cashflows and Changes in equity together with notes) in accordance with IFRS, SECP Rules and GAAP;
Inventory management during stock take conducted at year end and completing NRV testing to record inventory at realizable values;
Entring single entry (raw data) in customized ERPs, Quickbooks software or MS Excel and then, preparing final accounts; and
Reports writing (e.g. management letter for external audits) and filing factual findings identified during external audits.
