I am a Human Resource Professional who has theoretical and practical in-depth knowledge about practices and processes of HRM like Recruitment and selection, Training and Development, Payroll, succession planning by working in multiple sectors of market. I have worked in Operations, Administration and Human Resource
Department and learn the skills which are needed for a HR Professional. I am responsible, trustworthy, hard-working person with efficient time-management skill. I have done MBA in human resource management with 2 years of working experience. I have sound understanding of the Human Resource Operations with good introspection with insight to select deserving candidates during the recruitment process, matching the departmental and process requirements, Experience of sourcing, screening and short-listing the candidates during the recruitment process, as required by the operations head, implementation of Human Resource Policies, experience of developing the employee handbook including the corporate policies and procedures explained in the simple words which are compliant with the labor laws, proficient with computer applications with ability to roll out the details to all the employees within the given time period. I have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with sense of responsibility to effectively complete my given task within given deadlines.
