I used all the modalities there which includes SWD(shot wave diathermy, hot packing, kinesiological taping, wax therapy, hydrotherapy, therapeutic ultrasound, tractions, iontophoresis, cryotherapy and TENS(Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation).
