Through strategic collaboration with government agencies, community leaders, and grassroots organizations, I facilitated the empowerment of marginalized communities, particularly focusing on promoting girls' education and fostering a protective environment for survivors of abuse. Subsequently, at Sahil, as a National Program Officer, I led the execution of child protection initiatives across multiple provinces, designing specialized counseling training programs and advocating for policy reforms to address child rights violations. My commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable populations was underscored by my hands-on engagement with stakeholders and my proactive approach to capacity building and awareness-raising activities.
Transitioning to my role as an Evaluation Manager at CRSM Consultants, I redirected my focus toward refugee issues, contributing to the comprehensive evaluation of projects serving refugees, displaced persons, returnees, and host communities. Leveraging advanced evaluation methodologies and data analysis techniques, I conducted rigorous assessments to measure the impact of humanitarian interventions and identify areas for improvement. My expertise in project management, coupled with a keen understanding of refugee dynamics, enabled me to formulate evidence-based recommendations and advocate for the prioritization of refugee-centric approaches in humanitarian programming. Moreover, my proficiency in proposal writing and stakeholder engagement facilitated successful project funding and partnerships, further enhancing my capacity to address the complex needs of displaced populations.
As I embark on the next phase of my career, I am poised to leverage my diverse skill set and hands-on experience to contribute meaningfully to UN initiatives focused on refugee protection and assistance.
