-A BBA-Agribusiness graduate ( a joint degree, four year's program by Sukkur IBA University and University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.) having extensive learning experience from two best Universities of Pakistan.
-Apart from theoritical knowledge, for practical exposure, I spent 1 month at Habib Bank limited, 03 months at Nishat Textile Mills and 01 month at Engro Fertilizers. Apart from that, I have been in private retail business as an Operating Manager named Diamond Shoes.
In addition to practical exposure, I got an incredible opportunity to build soft skills throughout the learning journey. Moreover, I also spent 150 hours in order to develop business skills (communication, teamwork etc.) at Amal Academy--an education startup funded by Stanford University.

-Management & Analytical skills: Accomplished certain assignments & managed time very effectively in order to complete many tasks in short duration and sharpen the analytical skills in whole time period.
-Technical Knowledge: Spent one week in each department (Spinning, Weaving, Processing, Garments, and Home textile, Retail) in order to get enough technical knowledge about transmuting of raw cotton into various end products like garments, bed sheets, uniforms etc. that helped me in broadening of knowledge.
- Business Communication Skills: Coordinating with HR, Production, Mess, Transport department in an official way for the execution of planned schedule for 6 weeks led me a better at communication skills.

Persuasive Skills: Persuaded 6-10 farmers (Clients) by marketing the organization’s product (Agriculture Loan) in such a way, they agreed & took loan from the bank.
Teamwork Skills: Coordinated with the staff of 2 branches (Hala & Matiari) in Sales Department in satisfying the customers for availing of our services that ultimately increased the sales.
Analytical Skills: Observed the whole process of rural banking and analyzed the problems farmer face while availing the services and wrote a 2 paged detailed suggestion to the bank in order to make their services more efficient.
