Electrical  Operation and Maintenance , Steam Turbine   ,Generators  ,Excitation System, Diesel Engines  ,Switchyard,  Motors,  LV/MV/HV switchgear  ,Transformers  ,Variable Frequency Drives,  PLC and DCS, Coal Boiler  Biomass Boiler  Protection Systems, Perform annually, half yearly, Preventive and condition based maintenance of Power plant and a large area of utilities as we have HV and LV switchgears, Motors, MCCs, Transformers, VFDs, Air Compressors, Utility Boilers, Water chest system, Demin water system and black start gensets.Maintain the record of spare inventory and consumable spares.To perform annual, quarterly, planned and unplanned shut down activities. Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employeesDesign and apply circuit for motors and control with different methods as per requirements like as DOL, Star delta, Reverse/forward, Soft starting, Hard wired with DCS, UMC with Profibus communication and  with variable frequency drives. Selection of cables for power and control circuit as per application in various projectsDesign, drawing and commissioning of power project specially MV/HT level of supply.132 KV Grid Station (132/11KV, 20/26 MVA Capacity) have the operation and Maintenance of the 132KV grid at site.Attending Daily meetings with Discipline Management, Planning of Routine Jobs and make sure the Job done with Company Standards.

My Responsibilities Troubleshooting and fault finding of LV/MV Motors, Switchgears, Generators, Transformers,  VFD,s, Steam Turbine, Boilers, Air compressors  and DCS, PLC based control systems. Maintenance of all electrical equipments like as Generators, Motors, VFDs, UPS, PLCs, DCS, UMCs, Switchgears and Transformers.Performed  maintenance and troubleshooting of (Control instruments) MOVs, Pneumatics(SOV, Cylinders, Actuators, valves ,control valves) and (measuring) instrument  FT, LT, PT , TT , Tc , RTD.Perform routine and scheduled work as per department planning.Operation, maintenance and testing of protections relays.Electrical installation and commissioning work.ABB S800 DCS system is installed.AAB VFD,s (Variable frequency drives) Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence related to the Work.To perform the periodic preventive maintenance of Steam turbine and hand on experience to perform all kinds of troubleshooting of Electrical and Operational task.132 KV Grid Station (132/11KV, 20/26 MVA Capacity) have the operation and Maintenance of the 132KV grid at site.Performed  maintenance and troubleshooting of (Control instruments) MOVs, Pneumatics(SOV, Cylinders, Actuators, valves ,control valves)                                                              and (measuring) instrument  FT, LT, PT , TT , Tc , RTD.
