<p>Outline</p> <p>Provided assistance in the launch of a community development project by IQRA University Islamabad, a joint collaboration of ICSR and Alternate Solutions.</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>❖Worked collaboratively with the project supervisor and team for the project’s success.</p> <p>❖Helped recognize requirements after thorough research and assigned tasks to team members.</p> <p>❖Developed project funding strategy and executed it.</p> <p>❖Monitored budget and helped ensure resources were used efficiently.</p> <p>❖Reported updates verbally and in written form to management usually through emails.</p> <p>❖Assessed project risks and issues and provided solutions where applicable</p> <p>❖Organized and monitored schedules and made sure that deadlines were met.</p> <p>❖Prepared necessary presentation materials as well as maintained appropriate documentation throughout.</p> <p>❖Completed all necessary tasks from organizing of launch to report writing.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key achievements</p> <p>♦ Learned project management skills and gained experience.</p> <p>♦ Enhanced interpersonal skills.</p> <p>♦ Gained recognition and appreciation from project supervisor, funders and the institute itself.</p>
