Responsible for overall quality system in HR department

Preparing confidential documents for staff like Salary certificate, NOC Letters, warning letters and Memos
Responsible for the management of staff contracts and files, recruitment procedures, pension matters, trainee selection procedures and recruitment and follow-up of the establishment plan.
Prepares documentation, joining letters for new arrivals and assist in arranging informal orientation to the new employee,
Arrange necessary documentation for exit employees such as final settlements including vacation, ticketing salaries, etc, and final checking of entitlements etc
Work with the Payroll Officer ensuring all activities associated with staff starting/leaving and any other payroll changes are processed correctly and communicated accordingly
Specific recruitment processing tasks include: Advertising short listing candidate CV’s against job descriptions, updating vacancy and applicant status within the recruitment procedure, organizing interviews and producing interview schedules, liaising with applicants to provide updates on their progress etc.
Plan and manage leave schedule of staff with planned yearly leave schedule and execute them faithfully.
Assist in obtaining staff Work Permit application and approvals from Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs up to Resident Visa(s) from Immigration.
