To effectively assist wholesalers to solve retailers payment collection and credit problems. To find the solutions of the profit rate problem of the Wholesalers and to convince them to open new distributions.
Retailer Service:To maintain relationship with the retailers, to find the solution of the profit problems of the dealers and to train the team to provide Superior Service. Keep monitoring the supervisor so that he can complete the given tasks.
Team Improvement:To organize team activities so as to enhance the team cohesion, etc. To recruit talented resources for the team. To arrange conclusive meetings and individual meetings for the team to teach them how to improve their work and guide them how to achieve their targets.
Daily Work:To conduct daily meetings, to manage the attendance of the complete team, to find and solve the problems of the team and the market.
Complete Sales Target :To divide sales target to the team and set up rewards and punishments ,to track each team member to complete sales target.
