4. Examine legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuit.
5. Present evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation.
6. Negotiate settlements of civil disputes.
7. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

3. Arrange information required by senior lawyers and ensure attendance of clients in the courts, if required.
4. Follow up/monitoring of cases before court of law.
5. Liaison with clients regarding progress of cases.

7. Keeps the senior lawyer fully informed of all new developments in corporate legal matters, also informed him about any new applicable laws, and of the progress and results of court cases dealt by the firm.
