E-filling of monthly sales tax return and submission of withholding tax statement.
Ensure payment of weekly withholding taxes is timely deposited with tax authorities.
Prepare tax requirements, workings and coordination with tax consultant for filling income tax return.
Ensure Compliance of notices issued by federal authorities by compilation and extraction of data, review and providing to tax consultant, and resolving their queries with in stringent deadlines of notices.
Execute day to day accounting activities of the company and ensure timely closure of monthly books.
Review bank reconciliations and ensure that all the reconciling items are cleared on timely basis.
Reconciling various control accounts; accounts payables and account receivables.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annually financial statements.
Fixed Asset Management in SAP Business one.
Analyze trends, costs, revenues and financial commitments to predict future revenues and expenses.
Ensure timely payments to vendors as per agreements with them.
Oversee renewal of annual insurances.
Co-ordinate with the internal auditors and facilitate the internal audit.
Supervise team for stock audit; prepare stock variance report and making adjusting entries.
Performs all other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO.

Manage Accounts Payable including receiving, verifying and processing all invoices, and ensure that transactions are recorded correctly.
Reconciliation of all banks on fortnightly basis.
Arranging Indent directly from supplier, prepare necessary documents for opening local/Inland LC.
Follow up with bank for LC swift along with debit advice.
Prepare stock acceptance documents as per bank requirement.
Ensure timely renewal and payment of premiums of all insurance policies. (Fire Insurance, Moto Vehicle Insurance, Fixed Assets and Money Insurance etc.)
Review and verify the policy terms and conditions and ensure agreed rates and conditions are there.
Ensure all recommendations of insurance company are being implemented and followed strictly.
Co-ordinate with loss surveyor for analysis and investigation.
Follow-up with the Insurance Company for timely processing of claim payments.
