I am self-motivated amp hard working professional having more than10 years working experience in health sector, government as well as private institutions with proven leadership skills involving health management, developing amp motivating teams to achieve their objectives. I am able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and good team player with varied managerial skills. I have acquired vast and varied experiences in health, administration and education and have good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
During my entire career, I have portrayed my skills and abilities in field of healthcare, administration and education in well organized manner. In addition, I have competencies in designing strategies as well as reports and modules. Moreover, I have good background on community training, with focus on women health in rural as well as urban areas. Academically, I have acquired Bachelors in Nursing from Nursing College, Diploma in Nursing Education, Diploma in Ward Administration and Management and diploma in General Nursing and Diploma in Midwifery.
Previously , I worked with Oxfam Great Britain as a Public Health Promotion Officer in Qambar Shahdad Kot District, Sindh Province. I had been with OGB since September 2010 to 2012,as part of its program addressing the public health needs of the flood-affected communities.
