• Provide instrumental support in expanding MiracleFeet’s programs across South Asia, overseeing program development, monitoring, and strategic planning activities to ensure effective implementation.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to strengthen MiracleFeet’s presence in the South Asia region. Successfully added 2 new partners to the South Asia portfolio in key country like Pakistan to broaden the network of regional allies.

• Provided technical advice to Donor’s Strategic Information and Workforce Development (SIWD) Branch of the Global Immunization Division (GID) regarding the training and fieldwork of National Stop Transmission of Polio (NSTOP) and Stop Transmission of Polio (STOP) teams
• Led the successful digitization of polio program operations in [insert name of province], resulting in streamlined data management and improved efficiency in campaign planning and implementation.
• Coordinated with various stakeholders, including the Director of EPI, Coordinator of EOC, Health Department, and CEO/EDO Health, to ensure buy-in and support for the digitization project.
• Conducted a thorough risk assessment to identify high-risk areas for polio virus transmission and focused on digitizing micro-plans in those districts/UCs, resulting in targeted and effective campaign planning.

• Strengthening Infectious diseases surveillance by establishing a case-sensitive sentinel surveillance system for AFP surveillance & other vaccine-preventable diseases. Such as measles and neonatal tetanus.
• Conducting COVID-19, SARI & ILI Surveillance for timely detection of SARS-COV2 virus and breaking its chain.
• Conducting capacity-building training sessions for Health care providers to strengthen AFP Surveillance, Supplementary immunization activities of Polio, Measles & essential/routine immunization activities to improve service delivery.
• Orchestrate proper case investigations (AFP, Measles), follow-up, and classification with timely analysis and interpretation of routine immunization data and its use for corrective action; submit monthly reports and perform timely analysis.
• Mapping of religious support persons (RSPs) and developing a strategic relationship with them to generate maximum support to address religious-based refusals in polio & COVID-19.
• Developed management support, guidance, and liaison for the implementation of EPI, including planning for the strengthening of immunization goals, and strengthening surveillance of vaccine-preventable diseases.

Evaluation of Hepatitis Control Program Punjab
Conducted evaluation on a sample of eight secondary and primary health facilities in four randomly selected districts (i-e Rawalpindi, Sheikhupura, Burewala & Multan)
Collected Data on key hepatitis control interventions using a multi-method approach i-e record review, staff interview, and onsite observation that provides lists of facility-level arrangements and experiences
