• Provide instrumental support in expanding MiracleFeet’s programs across South Asia, overseeing program development, monitoring, and strategic planning activities to ensure effective implementation.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to strengthen MiracleFeet’s presence in the South Asia region. Successfully added 2 new partners to the South Asia portfolio in key country like Pakistan to broaden the network of regional allies.
• Manage a grant budget of approximately $0.8M USD for South Asia, ensuring efficient allocation of funds and compliance with budgetary guidelines. Implement strategies to maximize program impact within budget constraints.
• Conduct regular due diligence to evaluate and strengthen existing and potential partners, ensuring their sustainability and impact beyond funding cycles. Provide guidance and support to partners to enhance their capacity and effectiveness in delivering clubfoot treatment services.
